      hello,

      I just received an email from a customer who is trying to solve his license refresh problem. 
      here are these words:

      'I just did the manipulation on the station with an increase in rights.
      I have a certificate error.
      I will attach the log file with the errors.'

      Does the customer ave proxy settings in place?

      If so, can you please guide them to go through point #5B in the Troubleshooting Document.

      If that does not work can you also try point #5D.

      Please let me know if this helps.

        hello, here is the answer of my client

         

        'I don't have a proxy.
        It is at the heart of the network, so there is no configuration to do on the workstation.
        I have already done the test for the certificate and it is present on the workstation.

        The problem is elsewhere.'
