Increasing CKJAVAMEMORY

  When I click "Analyze Results" I get an error: "Java heap space" and the recommendation is to "increase the memory available to the user interface". This is straight from the error message:
  "To obtain twice the memory, specify
  CKJAVAMEMORY=-Xms2048M -Xmx2048M ''
  
  Where do I change this "CKJAVAMEMORY" value? I am not an administrator on my computer and I do not have Java installed. Please advise.

  This would be set as a variable in your user profile. You can approach IT about setting this so it is available whenever you login.

  Thank you for your response. I've reached out to my IT team and they've asked me to confirm that the variable name and value are the following:
  variable name: CKJAVAMEMORY
  variable value: -Xms2048M -Xmx2048M
