      Hello,

I have been running steady state thermal analysis over the week. However, after trying to increase the number of cells in the mesh, I have run into a couple of errors (photos attached)

I am running it on Linux.

      Thank you.

There's a limit of 32k nodes on the Student version, did you hit that?

I am not using the student version. I believe my lab is using the research license.

Close all ANSYS applications, then rename the following folder to anything else

      $HOME/.ansys/

If this doesn't help, can you try with different geometries/models and see if issue is persistent ?

I have tried renaming that folder as well as starting off with a new geometry. None of them work.

       Hello,

I am still having this problem. Is there any way to get help on this issue?

What OS version is this ?

What is the output of the following command

      cat /etc/*release

Check ANSYS Linux installation guide Chapter 2 and make sure you install all prerequisites for your OS version.

It is CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 (Core).

      I will look into that.

      THank you.
