Inflation grown through rectangle is uneven

Hello everyone,
I need help adjusting my mesh based on the attached pictures. Currently, the mesh seems to be expanding unevenly, with more expansion on the edges and very little growth in the straight areas. Is there any advanced control for that?
Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,
