Ansys EmployeeHi Roberto You can change the scale of the drawing back to normal format from decimals to fractions by manually entering the fraction value ( like 1:5 ) in the Scale Option under Detail Tab. I have attached a video to demonstrate that process for your reference. I will have to check with the team as to why this happens and will let you know soon. Regards.🛈 This post originally contained file attachments which have been removed in compliance with the updated Ansys Learning Forum Terms & Conditions-

Ansys EmployeeHi Roberto
We have not come across this issue before and also I was not able to reproduce that on my end. And as you said that this is happening randomly sometimes for now only work around for it is manually entering the fraction value to change the format.
Please let us know if the issue occurs frequently.
Thanks & Regards.

SubscriberHello Devendra Badgujar The problem often happens, even on our computers and not just the customer's.
Have you tried to open the client's artboard, why doesn't it look like it from your video?Best Regards

Ansys EmployeeHello Roberto
Yes when I first opened the client's artboard it showed the decimal format but when I changed it manually to fraction value, saved it and when I reopened it the issue was solved and I was able to see the normal format like fractions only.
The difference in client's artboard and in the video I sent you might be due to different drawing sheet format.
Let me discuss this problem with the team and I will get back to you soon.
Regards.
