Initial conditions for Ansys Cfx transient analysis

  How can I use the solution from a previous analysis as initial conditions for another analysis?
  
  If for example, I am heating up a cubic solid for 5 min from a T=20[degC]. Then, I want to use the T at the 5 min for my next simulation.

  It should be an option in solver preferences somewhere to start from an existing file. I don't use CFX so not sure quite where.
