I checked your Discovery account and couldn't find any subscription license under your account. So you don't have any subscription license and hence you are getting the error message. If you have purchased the subscription license, please ask your Discovery account administrator to assign subscription to you. If you would like to try out the 30-day trial license, please click the trial license link located on the forum homepage and follow the instructions.

SubscriberNaresh Patre Hello Naresh,
I am a little confused. First, I must say, installation and login process is too complicated, it should be much more straight forward. Too many people is involved and at the end we still can't use software which we pay for.
Second, please check by our account number: ANSYS license key for MultiDyne Video & Fiber Optic Solutions (Acct # 1130870). It's been almost 2 months going back and forward. Thank you for your support.

Thank you for sharing the account number. I checked the details of this account and noticed that you have a floating license and not subscription license.
While installing Discovery products you get to see an option for setting license type. Since you have a floating license you need to set that option. I think the option was left as subscription due to which you are seeing the error related to subscription licensing.
Now that you have installed the products, you can still change the license type. Go to Windows start menu and type Discovery Licensing Mode Manager and open it. Then set the license type as floating, save and close it. When you launch Discovery, it will take the license or ask you to specify the server name on which the license is installed. Once that is done, the product should start.
Please let me know if you face any issues.
