install.err, what is going wrong?

  Hello,
  I'm trying to help a student, but cannot make sense of the install.err file.
  At this stage, my recommendation would be to uninstall, and retry, perhaps with 19R3, but is there something glaring in this install.err??
  (It's quite long, I think it documents several attempts)

  Please uninstall, then delete the installation directory. Next, extract the downloaded zip file and run the setup.exe from within the extracted files. They appear to have tried installing from within the zip file, which results in failure.nnThanksnMattn
