SubscriberI get the following error message when I try to install licensing manager. I'm running OpenSuse15. I've confirmed that I have the specified library installed. nANSYS installation: Fri Mar 5 13:00:05 2021nRevision: 2021 R1nn ###### Error #######n Error was encountered during the licensing configuration: n '/home/megada/Peyton/FLUIDS_2021R1_LINX64/ansys_inc/shared_files/licensing/tools/bin/runlmconfig -install -lang en-us ' terminated after 1 attempts with the following error(s): n Unknown errorn Exit Code: 127n /home/megada/Peyton/FLUIDS_2021R1_LINX64/ansys_inc/shared_files/licensing/tools/bin/linx64/ansyslm_config: error while loading shared libraries: libpng12.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directoryn>>>--------------------------------------->n -

Ansys EmployeeHave you ensured you have libpng12.so.0 installed on the machine? Please make sure you also have LSB installed.n -

SubscriberI have libpng12.so.0 installed in my lib folder in the root directory. Is there another location it should be in for ansys? I installed LSB-release and I still have the same error message. n -

Thank you, that solved the installation issue. I installed my license and got this error when attempting to start the license manager. Error: Problems were encountered while attempting to start the following process(es): ansysli_server, ansysli_monitor, ansyslmd. nIf I should start a new thread, please let me know. n -
