Have you ensured you have libpng12.so.0 installed on the machine? Please make sure you also have LSB installed.n

I have libpng12.so.0 installed in my lib folder in the root directory. Is there another location it should be in for ansys? I installed LSB-release and I still have the same error message. n

Thank you, that solved the installation issue. I installed my license and got this error when attempting to start the license manager. Error: Problems were encountered while attempting to start the following process(es): ansysli_server, ansysli_monitor, ansyslmd. nIf I should start a new thread, please let me know. n

      Hi everyone,

for some reason, I can no longer access the comment that helped you with your installation issue (that I encountered too). Would you mind sharing this code or how you solved it in the end?

Thanks in advance for your help!
