Installation issue

  I have successfully completed the license activation on my personal computer. However, I still get the error shown in the attached image when opening the Zemax application.
  Kindly assist.

  Try to configure Zemax as shown in their KB: https://support.zemax.com/hc/en-us/articles/6621344879123-Configuring-Zemax-applications-to-access-an-Ansys-license.
  Otherwise, try to post in the Zemax community/forum. https://community.zemax.com/
