February 10, 2021 at 9:21 pmANSYS_MMadoreAnsys EmployeePlease try setting the variable ANSYS_SYSDIR with a value of winx64.n

February 11, 2021 at 2:16 pmANSYS_MMadoreAnsys EmployeeIn your Windows environment variables, create a new variable named ANSYS_SYSDIR with a value of winx64. You shouldn't be adding it to any files or anything else. What file is that that you show in your screenshot, you shouldn't be editing any of the ANSYS files.n
February 11, 2021 at 2:17 pmANSYS_MMadoreAnsys EmployeeAlso, what application or shortcut are you trying to launch when you are encountering the error that prompted this post?n
