INSTALLATION PROBLEM OF ANSYS ELECTRONIC

  I would recommend to open an elevated CMD and run the following:
  del /Q "%TEMP%\configurethismachine.*"
  del /Q /A:H "%TEMP%\configurethismachine.*"
  "C:\Program Files\AnsysEM\v221\Win64\config\ConfigureThisMachine.exe" -v -v --uninstall -i "C:\Program Files\AnsysEM\v221\Win64" --redirect-file c:\temp\ctmuninst.log
  ....wait a few minutes.....
  "C:\Program Files\AnsysEM\v221\Win64\config\ConfigureThisMachine.exe" -v -v -i "C:\Program Files\AnsysEM\v221\Win64" --redirect-file c:\temp\ctminst.log
  ....wait a few minutes.....
  check the contents of the c:\temp\ctminst.log and c:\temp\ctmuninst.log
  If seeing error, then uninstall all the Microsoft VC++ and manually install each one from AEDT install media.
