SubscriberHello,
I have a problem with installation of Discovery 2020R1. At the end, there is always message, that installation was completed with error and I should to check files with .err or .log and the programs (Live, AIM, SpaceClaim 2020) are not installed.
I attach the file, because I can not recognize, where is the problem. So could you help me with it?

Could you please confirm that you have launched the installers with Administrator rights?
Could you also check with your IT team if you have permissions to write to the Windows Registry?If that does not work, could you please go through #6 of the Troubleshooting Document and also send us the Install.log and Install_licconfig.log?

Could you please check with your IT team and confirm if you have implemented the #5A in the Troubleshooting Document?Also, if you have a proxy server in place, can you please check #5B as well?
If you still have an issue after following the above suggestions please let us know.

thank you for the quick response.
I swich off firewall and swich off firewall of antivirus, I set exception for ansysls_client.exe everywhere it was possible in antivirus, but the problem still persists. :(

I discussed your issue with my team and I received the following suggestion.
Could you please uninstall the application, delete the installation directory and extract the downloaded installer and then re-install the application with Admin rights?
If this does not work we could arrange a Webex see what could be causing the issue.
