Installing Ansys Student 2023 but suddenly not responding

  Hey everyone, I'm new to thiss app. While installing Ansys Academic Student 2023 R1, suddenly the installer not responding, what should I do? It's been 15 minutes since the installer not responding.

  What is the OS version on this workstation?
  are you running parallels on Mac?
  Are you installing the software in the default drive or custom directory??
