SubscriberHi, Hope you are doing well. We are the reseller of Ansys products and one of our customers is facing some issues with discovery. Would you please check the below model? In Explore mode It is showing
Whereas in refine mode it is working fine. Would you please help me understand why it is so? I cannot share the model here(confidentiality issue) please contact me via Email. Have a nice day. -- Thanks & Regards, Ali, Syed Saif Application Engineer | Ingénieur d'Application Futurescape Corporation

Ansys EmployeeHello Syed Saif Ali
I'm able to run the simulation in Explore mode without any issue. (image attached in email)
Although, as the simulation contains thin components the fidelity might not be sufficient for a good solution.
In you case, maybe the error is caused because of some fidelity issues.
Can you please check the element size in Explore mode, using the "Size preview" option under Fidelity in the Simulation tab?
Can you also use the "Resolution" option to check if the geometry is captured sufficiently at the fixed locations?
