INTERCONNECT not reasonable results

      Hi there, 

      I am using INTERCONNECT to acquire the eye diagram for a IMDD TWMZM. However, sometimes, the eye diagram is really strange. 

      It is partially correct. Could you please help me to solve it? I am not sure if it is because of some settings.

      Hi, 

      I ran the same simulation multiple times and got different results. Could you please help me address this strange eye diagram issue?

      I guess it is the initial part and the end part that cause issues. Please choose to remove some points for both of them in the "eye diagram" element.

       

      For the 2nd quesiton, did you change the random seeds of the signal? usually it should not. Better to write a separate post with more details.

      Next time, please write a new post for not related questions, and give some screenshots so we know what the circuits look like. The more details you give and describe, the easier for us to provide a solution.

      Hi there, all the eye diagrams are collected from the same simulation setting. I have created a separate question for it. It'd be greatly appreciated if you could provide a solution to it. The results seem unreasonable. Thank you, Deng

      One of my colleague will check that post. I still suspect that the signal generation is random everytime you run it. If you fix the "seed", it should be the same:

      Thank you very much for your help. I do have the same settgings for the PRBS module. If it is necessary, can we hold a ZOOM meeting for it? Online meeting might be faster to debug.

      Also, I checked the weird line that appears in the eye diagram. It actually happens in the middle of the sequence.
