Interconnect TWLM model for lasers

  Hi,
  I'm currently working on modeling laser P-I curve and spectrum via Interconnect. However, the lasing frequency is shifted into a higher value. Which factors I should consider to modify my results?

  Hello, Can you elaborate a little more, for example which lumerical example you are using for a reference? Which elements are using in interconnect.
