Subscriber1.老师你好,请问Interconnect中这两个coupling efficient11和coupling efficient12,是场耦合系数还是功率耦合,如果是功率耦合系数需要他们相加为一吗
2.这两个耦合效率与案例:Ring resonator getting started - Design and initial simulation – Lumerical Support中的示意图即下图的的t11和t12中的关系是什么?
3.如果我想在Interconnect仿真这种结构的话,使用单根总线谐振器,着里的0.89是对应coupling efficient吗?

Ansys Employee1:应该是功率耦合系数。两个不等说明直波导与环形谐振腔的距离不等。为什么要把它们加起来呢?
2: the field transmission coefficients of the waveguide coupler t11 and t12。它们是场耦合系数。它们之间的关系需要借助功率,详细情况请参考教科书,比如Yariv的光电子学这本经典教材。实际上t21 与 t12一般情况下不等,可能是共轭关系,上图简化了。
3: 单根总线与双总线结构和结果不同,只要你能得到耦合系数当然可以设置。
建议你多了解一下单总线情况下的理论。
