Subscriber老师您好,最近在interconnect仿真里面遇到了这样的问题。下面是仿真电路的部分,问题出现的地方,我用红圈圈出来了。
电路执行的操作是这样的:
复用器输入194.1、194.3、194.5以及194.7(THz)的光信号,输出端口从1-4的信号频率依次增加。不同信号的输入功率一致。
我用OOSC_a/b/c/d分别检测了解复用器输出的光信号;结果如下:之后采用探测器将光信号转化为电信号,并采用OSC_a/b/c/d检测探测器转换的电信号,得到的结果如下所示:主要问题就是OSC_c,OSC_d处检测到的电信号与光信号的振荡不一致,出现异常,而OSC_a和OSC_b的结果又没有问题,不知道仿真的问题出现在哪里,因此请求你的帮助。四个探测器的设置保持一致,OSC的设置也是保持一致。 -
