  Hi, how can i find mathematical relation for shift in reflectance spectrum with change in hieght in silicon structure with etch.

  Once again if it is the thin-film type there is analytical expression. If it is not thin-film type, then you will need to sweep the thickness by simulation to build up the relashionship.
