Interference fit

  I'm trying to do an interference fit with no ekill. Using the contact add offset ramped effects.
  I have a cylinder which consists of hundreds of plates. The ends of the plate enter into each other.
  I use contact add offset ramped effects and dedicate a whole step in the solution for this. Why is there no interference landing?

  Hi,
  Can you try sharing other applied boundary conditions? Try using a large number of substeps. Also, you can turn off small sliding in the above contact settings.
