Is calculated friction factor same with Sand Grain Roughness ?

  Hi all,
  I am tringt o modelling water flow in pipe.
  
  Just want to know is calculated friction same with Sand Grain Roughness . I mean I am calcuatin frciton factor based on belo formulation.
  f = (1.58 *lnRe – 3.28)^(–2)
  
  So. shoul I enter result of above formulation to rougness height or roughness constant as input?

  I urge you to read the ansys fluent user's guide:: 7.4.15. Wall Boundary Conditions (ansys.com)
  It will help you to set values of roughness height and roughness constant.
