  Is Discovery Live possible to set a vacuum environment for a space region?
  
  Such as the picture, there is a flow region.
  As default, the flow region is filled by air, but we hope it is vacuum at initial, is it possible?

  I confirmed that its not possible to begin your simulation with vacuum and have the volume filled by a different material as the simulation progresses. For the solver, it is mandatory to have a continuum and that the reason starting with vacuum is not feasible.
