Is it possible to create a doped material in MQW?

  Hi,
  I saw an option in the materials database tab about dopant and doping dependence. So is it possible to create a doped semiconductor material in MQW?

  Hi Can you please elaborate how this will impact your QW calculations? Adding doping to MQW simulation is not currently possible, but if you can provide more description on its utility I may able to suggest a workaround.

  In LED structure we can see a confinement layers just above and below the MQW, one will be a p type and the other n type. Similar to this can we create a doped material from its base material?
  Also if we are doing the same in FDTD or STACK, we must need the refractive index data of the exact doped material, right? Is there any other method to dope a material in the material database?
