Is it possible to run ANSYS Meshing in batch on Linux systems?

On a linux machine, instead of having the interface open while meshing, if the methods and parameteres are defined: can the meshing steps be completed outside the interface through command lines? any documentation available?

Yes. Please refer to Workbench User'S Guide as well as Workbench Customization. You just a replay script to execute and update the Meshing. You will then launch Workbench in command line the the journal or script you created is then invoked.

In workbench I can record a journal from File -> Scripting menu, however it does not record the operations executed within the ANSYS meshing interface, only the operation done in workbench: this is not what I need.

In the ANSYS meshing interface, I see a "Mechanical Scripting" tool but no syntax is documented for executing the operations or scripting.

Can you specify if is possible to script the meshing methods and execute operation in ANSYS meshing in batch instead of using the interface?

Any example of journal for ANSYS Meshing methods available?

Yes it should be possible. All operation done in Workbench page can recorded into journal file and playing back this journal file recreates a session. Scripting language is Python. Workbench scripting is fully documented and supported
Though for data Integrated Applications: Like Design Modeler, Meshing and Mechanical. These applications have independent User Interface window and can be customized/automated through Java scripting. I do not have an example here to be shared on this platform.

"These applications have independent User Interface window and can be customized/automated through Java scripting."

To keep focus on the question: for the ANSYS Meshing side, there does not seem to be any manual or example of the automated scripting. If anything available I would be interested to know.
