SubscriberThere are only symmetry, size limit and stress limit in the optimization condition.
Is "pull out direction" setting available in topology optimization of Discovery AIM?
where is it?

Ansys EmployeeHello Frank
Are you referring to "Manufacturing Pull Direction" option? If yes, this is a beta feature. To activate this feature, follow below steps:
To turn on a beta feature:
- Select Home > Tools > Options... to open the Options dialog box.
- Select Appearance from the tree and scroll to the bottom of the Appearance panel to the Display section.
- Enable Beta Options to activate general beta features and click OK.
- Click OK when you are prompted to restart AIM.
- Select Home > Tools > Options... to open the Options dialog box.
- Select AIM from the tree to display the Beta feature selection list.
- Enable the "Additional topology optimization features" and click OK.
- Close AIM and relaunch to use the beta feature(s).

SubscriberNaresh Patre thank you for your full support!
I set the option in AIM according to your advice. When the software is restarted, there are no change in optimization conditions.
where is the new feature when the setting is modified successfully? could you give me a screenshot for this new feature?
Thank you very much!
