SubscriberHi Rob,
I am studying the shape optimization of a 3D wing using Fluent's adjoint solver. My geometry is as shown below:
I have a design condition that the wing chord length must remain constant while optimizing.
I have checked the design conditions tab in the adjoint solver options and I have also tested the design conditions 'fixed-walls-constraint' and 'bounded-by-plane' but I did not succeed(maybe I did not set it correctly). I also thoroughly read the user manual of Fluent's adjoint solver. The following figure is the design conditions available in the adjoint solver:I have wasted a lot of time trying to apply this design condition (More than six months) and have not succeeded. I hope you can help me.
Regards.

SubscriberHello Dear Rob,
Can you introduce me to a Fluent's adjoint solver expert?
I have two design constraints that I need to apply to my geometry. I still did not succeed. I hope you can help me.
Regards.
