SubscriberHello Jang Can you please check the element size in Explore mode, using the "Size preview" option under Fidelity in the Simulation tab? If the gap between your two bodies is less than the minimum feature length that can be captured, it will be detected properly. And since this depends on the fidelity you have used to do the simulation, you can slide it to right, and utilize maximum fidelity and see what maximum gap you can have in between the two bodies, this completely depends on your system specifications, graphic card capabilities and size of your model. On the other hand you can do the same run in refine mode, without any issues. In the attached model, with max fidelity, I was able to capture contact with a gap less than 0.12mm (size preview).
