Issue setting up server with client

Hi I am running into issues setting up a server for my department. So far, I have had success with the host computer with the temporary license setup, but when I attempt to connect a client computer to the host through the client utility application, I receive a (-15,10032) error with the server id connection.
I have already attempted a firewall test to see if that was the issue. I also have attempted an Ethernet connection and can ping the Ip address. The client utility application works with the IP address but nothing works with the ansys software.
I am attaching the diagnostic report from the client machine. Any help would be great!

Can you post any errors seen in the txt file you attached?
Can you please send me the diagnostics file that you posted?
Also, you stated that you can ping the license sever by ip address.
Can you ping the License server from the client by the hostname listed in the license file?

As a test, have you tried with firewalls shut down on both client and license server.
      If that works:
Shut down the ANSYS License Manager on your license server
Then, edit the license file using notepad:
      c:\Program files\Ansys Inc\Shared Files\licensing\license_files\ansyslmd.lic
Add: PORT=1056 to the VENDOR line, so it looks as follows:
      SERVER Servername hostid 1055
      VENDOR ansyslmdPORT=1056
(Change 1056 to any free port you see fit)
Then all 3 ports should be open in the incoming and outgoing Firewall Exceptions:
      1055,1056,2325
Also, on the Client, make sure that the ansyscl.exe executable is added to the client firewall exceptions
      C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v221\licensingclient\winx64\ansyscl.exe

Hi Geo Thank you for your suggestion about the additional port. That has helped to get the system working for our group. I made sure to also allow each port connection on all of the client computers' incoming and outgoing connections. I guess the port might have been busy and didn't allow for the other connection to the license. Thank you again, though for your assistance.
