SubscriberHi,
Currently using ANSYS workbench 2019 R1 to analyse a bridge pier under debris flow load. I have modelled the top and bottom of the pier as fixed supports and applied a large force perpendicular to one of the sides. When solving, it becomes immediately stuck on "preparing the mathematical model" and does not work. I am new to ANSYS and was just wondering if anyone knows what to do to make it solve. Any kind of help would be very appreciated!
Thank you very much.

SubscriberIt solves fine for 2019 R1. You had an error that said that licence is being used by another application, so save the file, close it and make sure in task manager no solvers or any ansys app. or things are running. Then open up the file again and solve (clear solution first).
