Issue while opening ANSYS Additive print 2020 R2 app

  Dear sir/madam,
  I am facing an issue while opening ANSYS Additive Print in 2019R3 and 2020R2 versions. I have attached the screenshot of errors (Unable to start File Storage Manager and Unable to initialize materials) which i am facing. Please help me in resolving this issue.
