SubscriberHello
Thanks for the reply.
A very good day.
I don't see any error messages showing while I am starting ANSYS software. once I open the workbench it has to read all the directory files right, like licence, fluent, CAD and everything, but in my case when it starts it only shows initializing license and then disappears, it does not read any installed directories to initiate the programme, I tried uninstalling and installing It but no luck. after the installation in the log file it is showing an error says
ErrorLogger.errorFilePath is C:Program FilesANSYS IncANSYS STudentv192CADConfigLogsCADConfigurationMgr.err
please assist me in this regard to solve this issue. there is lot at stake in my academics, I have to use ANSYS no matter what to complete my degree, or else I am screwed.
looking for your reply.
Thank you.

Ansys EmployeeHi vmadhavareddy4,
Please try this. Open CMD Prompt and issue the following command
move %appdata%ansysv192 %appdata%ansysv192.old
Does this make any difference ?
Thanks,
Win

Ansys EmployeeCan you try running that command in non-elevated (not admin) CMD Prompt ?
If you still have the issue, what is the output of
echo %appdata%
It could be that your username has space or some special characters.
Thank you,
Win
