Issues with AIM and Windows 10 Insider 19h1

Getting an unfortunate issue with AIM's solver unable to connect after installing the latest Windows 10 Insider 19H1 Build (18346.19h1_release.190222-1556):

It is not the model, this ran before on the same machine and still runs on another one...  Any recommendations on how to debug this?

      Hello  TEN TECH LLC

I will consult the team and let you know regarding this. Is it just this one model or does this happen with all models? Is it possible for you to share the model with us so that we can check from our end?

It's unfortunately across the board...  I really think it's caused by the latest Windows 10 Insider build as this is the only thing that changed since the AIM solver connection stopped working...  That being said, I'll send something over, maybe I'm doing something wrong...

I can confirm there is something happening between AIM solver and Windows Insider builds.  As an experiment, I have just installed build 18845.rs_prerelease.190223-1718 of Windows 10 on another machine and tried to solve a model that was solving perfectly right before installing this prerelease Windows 10 build.  Sure enough, I'm getting the same error mentioned above.

Some members of our team too faced the same issues. Launching Discovery AIM with 'Run as administrator' solved the problem in some cases. Can you please try the same?

Subashni Darn, you got my hopes up    Unfortunately, this didn't work on the computer with 18845.rs_prerelease.190223-1718

I will consult the Discovery Team on this issue to find out what causes this issue and what could be the solution. I'll get back to you as soon as I get a lead.

Could you please share with us what Physics were you trying to solve? Is it possible for you to share the model with us as our developers would like to investigate this? I have shared a secure transfer link to your email id. You can use that to share your files with us.

Subashni Sure, I can share, although it seems to be systematic, not model-dependent.

Is it for any particular physics type or does it happen irrespective of the physics type?

Subashni Pretty much across the board...

Subashni is there a way to start the solver by command line?  I'd like to do some basic debugging myself... After all, it's an Insider build of Windows, so it's unfair of me to ask for help on an unsupported OS...

I can confirm that AIM solver works with latest Insider Build, 18351.19h1_release.190301-1611 installed today.
