Issues with Ansys 2021

  Hello,I installed Ansys 2021 yesterday and experiencing various issues. nWhen trying to geometry file in space claim I received the following error: The geometry editor was closed abnormallynAnd, after performing an analysis and closing a project, when I try to re-open the model - mechanical opens briefly then closes and I recieve the following message : Unable to view geometry. Unable to get modelnPlease advise if there is a fix, or if I should install the program?n
