      想问一下,如果我想将ITO以半导体的形式导入到材料中,需要哪些参数呢?我现在导入了这些,但是它运行的时候会报错。了。

      CHARGE 只仿真半导体材料,金属和绝缘体都是理想的不参与离散网格而是理论计算。因此,任何材料要能传输电荷,就必须有半导体材料的性质参数。

      Note: For the solver to run properly, you have to enable one of the conduction band (Ec) valleys (e.g. Gamma) and make the mobility for electrons and holes non-zero (e.g. ~1). Also make sure to define a nonzero carrier lifetime (or disable the recombination rates altogether).
