Subscriber1) 在应力分析中,应避免读取接触面或几何不连续位置的应力,随着网格的细化,这些位置的应力并不会收敛于某个固定的值。
2) 由于位移结果在有限元分析中属于直接求解的量,模型如果设置正确,通常可以得到准确解,而应力应变属于导出量,当结构不连续处,会出现导出量的不准确,甚至是发散的结果。
3) 而实际结构的应力应变水平是有限值,并不会趋向于无穷大。
4) 评估这些位置时,通常会结合工程经验,实际测试结果或者其他一些判据(比如检查接触面之间传递的载荷)来确定,多数情况下会忽略掉这些位置的应力。
