The bodies in component CIRCLE_Box-01 and CIRCLE_Box-02 were not in proper contact resulting in failure of fluid volume extraction 2. To overcome this issue, the bottom face of body in component CIRCLE_Box-01 was pulled down by a small distance (0.1 mm) to make both bodies intersecting 3. With this modification, fluid volume was successfully extracted using Setup - Volume Extract tool. 4. Using "Create Solution" option, fluid simulation was setup for the extracted fluid volume and inlet boundary condition was defined for the top face. Below is the snapshot of flow field.
