Ansys Employee文献中说是激发方向和相反方向的强度。除非是平面波激发结果也是平面波的情况可以用某一点上的强度代替,否则可能需要一个面上的强度积分平均 ;更好的方法可能是用透射率,本身就是一个面上的平均值。另外一种方法就是联系原作者咨询。

Ansys Employee对,如果在这个上只有SPP的话,否则需要模式分解监视器将频域监视器上的数据分解为SPP 模式就知道该模式的反射率和透射率了。如果要计算强度,将模式强度乘以透射率反射率即可,不够因为是线性光学,强度一样不大。

这可能就是原因。
focused light多大的NA或者束腰?没有这些当然无法复现。此外,平面波不是圆偏振光,也不能用PML截断。
你的仿真区可能太小,需要将结构穿透PML,光束占仿真区一部分。另外,SPP有衰减吧?那么监视器应该放在什么位置合适呢?
你需要把文献吃透,找到所有相关参数,否则能复现也只是碰巧,不能复现很正常,你需要所有原始参数。
根据
很明显是透射率,但是原文却说Intensity,这两个不是一个概念,无法等同,因为透射率是一个数,Intensity却是空间分布。
