Subscriber🛈 This post originally contained file attachments which have been removed in compliance with the updated Ansys Learning Forum Terms & ConditionsHello, our customer has an issue with opening the JT file with PMI informations in the SpaceClaim.
His colleagues and I can open the JT file with all PMI and we see the PMI. He opens the JT file, but without the PMI (he doesen't see the PMI informations). We tried reinstall the SpaceClaim and edited different settings, but without success.
Could you tell me, where can be the problem?
Thank you.
Regards, Lukas

Of course, he has turned on the option. I tried the same settings as I have, then also different settings, but without success.

Ansys EmployeeHello Lukas
I'm unable to reproduce this issue. I'm able to open the file attached with the PMI.
Can you please request the customer to perform a clean reinstall of Spaceclaim. It could be some installation issue that is causing this problem for the customer.

SubscriberHello Subashni
We performed a clean reinstall of SpaceClaim three times, but without success.
We tried different options - firewall off, antivirus off, UAC, log as an Admin, non of that helped.
