客户端不能及时释放License该如何处理

问题描述：

用户在使用siwave的时候，有些情况下需要把simulation aborted掉（比如模型错误，仿真设置错误等）。当关闭软件后再次打开siwave时，总是会报如下错误，要等8小时左右才会重新释放license.

解决方法：

使用lmremove这个选项，使客户端释放指定的license。

lmremove使用说明

1.      确认lmutil.exe在下面这个目录中

      C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\Shared Files\Licensing\winx64

2.       使用下面这个命令确认license 的状态

     lmutil.exe lmstat -a -c 1055@hostname or IP address

     Example：lmutil.exe lmstat -a -c 1055@host1

     Example:

     Feature: acfd_3, host:host1 ,port : 1055 , handle number: 106

     Users of acfd_3: (Total of 6 licenses issued; Total of 1 license in use)

     "acfd_3" v9999.9999, vendor: ansyslmd, expiry: 20-aug-2019

     floating license

     user1 host1.ansys.com host1.ansys.com 15888 (v2019.0402) (host1/1055 106), start Wed 6/12 15:06

3.      执行lmremove命令如下

    Example:

    lmutil.exe lmremove -c 1055@host1 -h acfd_3 host1 1055 106

正常结果如下

lmutil - Copyright (c) 1989-2015 Flexera Software LLC. All Rights Reserved.

4.      使用lmutil命令查license的状态，以确认license是否释放

     lmutil.exe lmstat -a -c 1055@hostname or IP address
