Key is not unique in collection error

Hi,
I'm getting an error when opening a mechanical block in workbench project. After this error I'm unable to do anything in the particular block (clear solution and solve again) and basically the whole project is lost.
I tried to archive the project and open it on another PC, resetting Ansys settings to default but no success.
Does anybody know how to solve it?
