Keypad (Tactile switch) simulation

      Hello guys,


      I am trying to do simulation of keypad structure. and want to make like below force-displacement diagram. But, unable to draw this one. material is silicone. i give displacement and get force reaction. But, force-displacement diagram is totally different. just straight line. 


      Please help me

      Please show the Analysis Settings.  Did you turn on Large Deflection?


      Did you turn on Auto Time Stepping and then set an Initial, Minimum and Maximum number of Substeps to be 100?


      Do you have Frictional Contact defined at the switch contacts?

      Getting this data and error. large deflection- on, auto stepping- on, don't have frictional contact

      Under Analysis Settings, turn on Stabilization.

      stabilization - constant, Still getting same error. and also change the mesh size. 


      error- unable to converge on a solution for nonlinear problem as constrained.
