KeyShot Pro And Discovery SpaceClaim Interaction

We have a customer who has recently transitioned to Discovery SpaceClaim and have purchased KeyShot 7 Pro for SpaceClaim. They have downloaded KeyShot from the tab within SpaceClaim.
After downloading and installing they are still seeing the download KeyShot below. Have restarted SpaceClaim and even un-installed and re-installed still no luck.
Any ideas?

Problem Sorted when installing KeyShot it needs to be installed as admin and installed for everyone rather than just the one user.
