Large deformations: Hyperelastic material

      Hello everyone,
I hope you are doing well.
I have simulated the structure in the picture below, which is basically a thick cylinder with faces 1 and 2 fixed (The circular hole in face 1 is just an air inlet to pressurize the cylinder).
The structure is made of hyperelastic material so the large deflection option is set to ON along with nonlinear adaptive region for the whole structure.
      Structure to be simulated
Upon running the simulation, it works just fine but the results are not logical. As you can see in the following picture, there's a deformation of ~0.6 mm (along z-axis) on face 1, however it is supposed to be fixed...

To better understand this result, I tried to retrieve the deformation along Z of face 1&2 seperately, and I get the following error: " The result cannot be evaluated because it has (1) an invalid scoping on a body with a changing mesh or (2) an invalid scoping when the result file is the mesh source. Body scoping is required for the result."
Does anyone know why the boundary conditions are being violated while no error is being given in the solution information?
Note: As seen in the following picture, the total deformation of the fixed faces (face 1 and face 2) is zero, however, along Z for example it's not zero...

Thanks in advance for your help.

I don't have much use for a Nonlinear Adaptive Region, but I expect that causes the problem with trying to get output scoped to a face. It must impose a requirement that only bodies can be selected. Will the model solve without the Nonlinear Adaptive Region?
