      Dear Sir

      I have acquired a single user academic license for ANSYS. However, I am having difficulties when launching the software as it returns a message 'No subscription available'

      Hello KS

      Make sure that the license option is selected as "Floating" in ANSYS License Mode Manager which is available in ANSYS folder in Windows start menu. Check out below article about this License Mode Manager.
