Subscriber现在我想模拟一个LED模型,有两种光源设置方案:
一种是在MQW的正中心设置一个偶极子光源(Dipole),如图

Ansys Employee第一种合理,第二种不合理。
原因: 当仿真区有超过一个光源时,结果会相互干涉。一般LED是作为非相干光源来对待,因此需要用3个不同偏振的偶极子分别仿真最后将结果加起来平均: Incoherent unpolarized dipole
