Hello, I have a problem with a spaceclaim customer
it has the error message pt1
but it uses the license management of the ANSYS portal
      provided for this purpose.
he has a SC 2019-R1 license

      Best regards

      Hello olivier. majo

The Discovery Essentials subscription is already activated on 2 machines. This can be seen in image "pt2". If the user is trying to activate the subscription on a 3rd machine, then he first needs to release the subscription from one of the activated machines. To release subscription, click on the "Release" button located next to the activation ID. Once released, lanch Discovery SpaceClaim and login using Discovery account credentials.

hello i have an answer of my client :

"This machine is one of the 2 registered machines.

I can't find a way to solve my problem.

I have downloaded the latest version of SpaceClaim 2019 R2 and installed it.

He asks me for a license number... and not an Ansys account.

I look forward to your return for a viable and quick solution."

        best regards

      Hello olivier. majo

Did the user download standalone SpaceClaim or Discovery SpaceClaim? Both versions have different license type. Based on the snapshots shared in original post, I understand that the user has subscription license of Discovery SpaceClaim (Essentials). So the user needs to download Discovery Essentials installer, unzip it and install in admin mode. Also, during installation select the license option as subscription.
