Licence problem – Student Version

I follow the steps of site to install ANSYS for students:
But when I tryied to start ANSYS, I had the follow mensage:
Ansys for student have one licence? Where? I had installed in another computer, but I didn't put any license and I could open the program, until it stop to work.
I tried uninstall, but I couldn't, I don't know why, but nothing happen when I try uninstall.
Someone could help me? I don't know what do anymore.....it is my second attempt to use ANSYS and the second that it don't work.
