Licence upgrade

  Hello @naresh I try to activate the new license key and so far I am unable through my account. The manual procedure seems not working? Thank you for helping.

    JPCHARLES First deactivate the existing license through below steps:
    
    Launch the Windows Command Prompt from the start menu by entering “cmd” into the search field.
    
    In the command prompt, type in:
    
    cd C:Program FilesANSYS IncShared FilesLicensingwinx64 (or the directory where Discovery products are installed)
    
    Once in that directory, run the following command:
    
    ansysls_client -DeactivateAllEntitlements
    
    Once deactivated, try activating the new license through command prompt.
    
    Let me know if you still face any issues.
