Licensce Error

  Please help installation completes but end with some error and warnings..!

  There is something missing in your installation above.
  
  Can you re-download the package, and reinstall again ?

  Thank u for reply , i have downloaded new ansys and still get same error..! Please help
  
  Ans after launching ansys , i get error : Unable to connect to or start local server.
  
  with no toolbox displayed
  
  When i try ansys user license preference , it shows package itcl missing ,same error shown in above images

  So, you still get that missing itcl message in the install.err file ?
  
  How do you extract/unzip the installation package ?
  
  Is this school computer or your personal computer ?
  
  Make sure you have full admin rights when installing the software. Also, I recommend to temporarily disable Anti-virus software while installing. Lastly, make sure you completely remove the 'C:Program FilesANSYS Inc' folder before you do the re-installation.

  Hi there,
  
  I am currently trying to run the Workbench 2020 R1 version, the installation appeared successful with no message errors, everything done with admin. rights.
  
  However, when I open the Workbench, the following message appears :

  KgpNiko16, can you try uninstalling your 7zip, then just use Windows built-in extractor to unzip the installation package, and reinstall again.
  
  walqa, yours is a different issue, please create a new thread and include the error from 'Show Details' . Also, search from past threads first. There are plenty of discussions regarding this error in the past.

  Done as per your instruction but same error.
  
  After some debugging i found that files that logger reports is not there , is there in the directory but it not able to read that ...!
  
  Can i manually configure that ?
